If you feel like you would like to talk with your parents about it, or would like them to speak for you, then you can also do that. Above all we would like to hear what you have to say.
“Does it matter how little it is?”
No, it can be a big problem or a small one. By discussing it, you may come up with some positive ideas.
"What will happen next?" If your class teacher or class guardian cannot solve your problem straight away, they will find someone who can deal with your issue. They can talk to you more about how the school solves problems – just ask!
Do others have to know'? If you are worried about confidentiality, tell the staff -they will understand. We try to keep your privacy unless we need to tell someone else for your safety. Even if you find the issue hurtful or embarrassing, don't worry -it will only be discussed by staff who can help you.
"What if I am not satisfied with the outcome?" We will try our best to solve any problems you may have. The school has many ways to do this and so if you are still unhappy with the outcome – ask us what else you can do about it and we will let you know.
“Above all, remember…” The staff at Little Yarra Steiner School care very much about your safety and how you feel. Talk to us whenever you need to.
